A short walk down to beautiful Keauhou Bay, where you can find fishing charters, kayak rentals, and snorkeling tours, volleyball, picnicking, and fishing. The very popular Fair Wind tour leaves from here.

The Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort is on the opposite end of the bay, less than a mile away, where you can find excellent restaurants, a bar, manta ray viewing at night.

Kahalua Beach Park is within a 3 minute drive best for safe snorkeling to enjoy tropical fish and sea turtles on the Big Island.
