RESERVATION

Before you reserve, please be so kind as to appreciate that
1. pets are not allowed,
2. the condo is no-smoking area inside,
3. we ask for 50% reservation amount within 10 days of confirmed booking,
4. the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (Low Season), 60 days (High Season)

Please reserve 60 days or more in advance. Your reservation will be confirmed by email. The selected form of preferred payment is for our advance information only. Currencies basically accepted are US$ and Euro. Please do not enter any credit card information. We will discuss your special requests and payment details individually by email. Payments via PayPal, bank remittance or bank checks are accepted. Your personal information will be treated in the strictest confidence.
