The Galileoscope Companion is available for Windows XP laptops and notebooks (Vista not tested). Written in VB6, this application assists observation of the planets with the Galileoscope and includes a Moon Calendar plus simulations of the movements of the Moon and the Jupiter Moons. All the stuff that Galileo Galileo was so excited about 400 years ago.

The integrated webcam monitor may not work accurately with all webcams. Tested with a Logicool 3000 Pro and a Philips ToUCam.

Please unzip to the desktop and run "gsc.exe" in the "scopekit" folder. No installation required. Whether I will write a manual or not, depends on demand and donations. For the time being, please left and right click anywhere at will.

The latest update (Ver 1.21) is no longer limited to real time data thus allowing for observation planning.
