Description: 
| "Henshu" is a simple text editor for the Pocket PC, supporting both, ASCII and UTF-8 text files. It comes with a text-to-speech engine thanks to which English text can be converted to speech. By phonetic spelling, other languages, too, can be reproduced pretty well. Please note that text-to-speech playback cannot be interrupted (by system limitation there is no 'shut up' button). Please select short texts or single paragraphs for conversion to speech. The voice recorder generates 11,025 kHz, 8-bit, stereo PCM in WAV format equalling to 22.05KB per second recording. 1.
