japanese commemorative postage stamps

Although not related to astronomy and sciences, many private individuals asked me about commenmorative stamps in Japan. Getting on an airplane and purchase stamps at a Japanese post office is unlikely an economical means of getting desired stamps for a collection. I am not a philatelic and don't know much about this hobby, however, I offer to snail mail stamps to anybody seriously interested for a reasonable margin and postage.
